We just worked through a network incident. A misconfigured “something” at a customer location created a giant network mess on a piece of one of our networks. It lasted about forty-five minutes until we were able to get assistance from the PUD to locate the source and get their connection turned off. Now we will go over to their location in Ephrata and see if we can find out what they did to cause the trouble. At the moment, things seem to be working as normal again.
