This morning we had a forty minute outage due to a UPS (battery backup device) fail.
We switched over to a different one and are up and running again.

On the brighter side of future things, our new main router has arrived and we will be configuring it this week and next and then install it.
We hope that this new router, a different brand than the ones we installed in December and January, will do a better job for us and you.
I am seriously tired of the issues we have had for the past six months. I will be glad to have them behind us. 🙂
