Internet Service Payments: Our service is a prepaid service. This means that you pay for the service before you use it. it. When do we bill? We send out billing invoices for the coming month of service on the 16th of each month. Payment for the coming service is due by the 1st of the coming month. This means that you will usually have two weeks to get your payments to us. Example: On July 16th, 2006, we mail out the billing invoice for your August, 2006 Internet service. The invoice must be paid by the 1st of August, 2006 to continue your Internet service. If we do not receive your payment by the 1st of August, your account will be locked on the 2nd day of August. Once an account is locked for late payment, a $5.00 late fee will be added to the amount owed by the subscriber. This late fee must also be satisfied before the account will be re-activated. Billing Invoices and Billing Statements: We do not include a billing statement with the billing invoice unless you specificallly ask for one for business purposes or unless you have a past due amount owing. If you have a past-due amount owing, we will include a billing statement with your invoice. On-Line Payments: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your Internet service online by using one of the PayPal buttons below.
