Updates from the past 3 months

4/3/2025: 2:00PM – There’s a PUD hub down, in the Mae Valley area of Moses Lake. It will affect anyone in that area, on the Fiber network. We’ve already notified PUD.

3/6/2025: 4:30PM – Several customers have reported difficulty opening Facebook and Instagram. The problem appears to be a routing issue somewhere in Seattle. Waiting for upstream provider to fix.

2/28/2025: 9:30AM – PUD had to fix an accidental fiber break, which had caused outages around Electric City, Coulee City, and Wilson Creek. This affected all the internet providers in Grant County.

2/26/2025: 10:30PM – Our upstream provider towards Spokane encountered a fiber problem. It made internet spotty for our customers. They located and fixed the problem about three hours later, at 1:00AM.
