Updates from the past 3 months

6/6/2025: 10:17 PM – There was a full network outage that happened between our office and our upstream providers. Service came back online around 8:00 AM the following morning.

5/21/2025: 8:30 PM – There was a fiber outage for about half an hour, in the Desert Aire and Mattawa area, due to a wildfire.

4/26/2025: 4:45PM – There was a PUD Hub down, near RD L NE in Moses Lake. It was near the Moses Lake Municipal airport. UPDATE: It came back up at 6:00PM

4/3/2025: 2:00PM – There’s a PUD hub down, in the Mae Valley area of Moses Lake. It will affect anyone in that area, on the Fiber network. We’ve already notified PUD.

3/6/2025: 4:30PM – Several customers have reported difficulty opening Facebook and Instagram. The problem appears to be a routing issue somewhere in Seattle. Waiting for upstream provider to fix.
